There are a couple of points to note about the Information Package. First, please pay careful attention to all of the dates and deadlines listed, as there will be no late submissions accepted. As well, failure to meet deadlines or attend meetings can result in being disqualified from running for an executive position. Second, please make sure you fill out the nomination form completely. Finally, please make sure to familiarize yourself with all of the campaign rules listed. Similar to the warning about dates and deadlines, breaking campaigning rules can result in disqualification. Once again, I would like to thank you for showing interest in the positions. Should you have any further questions about the nomination or election process, you can contact me at cro@hublife.ca .
